Coaching in nature
During coaching sessions whilst walking in nature, clients gain the wisdom and understanding that nature offers; allowing a connection to new horizons and perspectives on questions and issues. The symbols in nature, of the elements and of the seasons, provide a powerful mirror for personal growth and development.
While walking in nature, we can become quiet, at rest and in contact with our intuitive mind. So our answers, new ideas and insights can arise from a deeper source of wisdom. When you feel you need some support and guidance or when you are faced with a dilemma or a difficult choice, it is likely that one or two walking sessions will provide the answers you are looking for. Sometimes, when deeper insight or changes are sought, walking sessions can be combined with personal coaching, usually up to 7 sessions over a period of 5 months.
